The Active Incoming number is the phone number you want the calls to be forwarded if a seller calls the number you’re texting them from. This could be your personal or business number, a CallRail number, or VoIP.
You can set the Active Incoming number on the Phone Setup page following the instructions below:
- Go to the Phone Setup page
- In the Active Incoming # field enter the phone number
- Click on the Update button. You will get a Successfully updated your active incoming number confirmation message on the screen.
Important: When your leads call the outgoing number they received a message from, the system automatically redirects the calls to your active Incoming number. However, the lead won’t be able to see your incoming number.
