Calendar page overview

Looking for a place to keep track of all your follow-ups? We’ve got you covered with our Calendar tab.

By default, the Calendar tab opens to the Month view, but you can easily switch to the Week or Day view. Also, you can always revert to the current date by clicking Today in the upper-right corner of the screen.

On the left, you’ll see the list of all your Upcoming events. This list displays only future events, and you can easily edit/delete any of them by clicking on the three dots in the upper-right corner of the event field.

Clicking Edit will open the selected event on your Calendar and allow you to change any of the fields, including the date and time*. Changing the latter will also move the event on your Calendar.

*Note: You can only schedule events during business hours – from 9 AM till 8 PM according to the timezone specified in your profile

You can view the conversation history and contact details for each contact selected for the event by clicking the View Contact button. This will open the conversation thread with this contact on Messenger.

Clicking Delete will remove the event from your Calendar.

You can also add new events to your Calendar by clicking on any of the cells. It’ll open the field below, allowing you to select any contact from your Contacts list and leave some memorable details in the Meeting title and Description fields. Hit Save, and the event will be added to your Calendar.

You can also edit and reschedule past events.
