Disabling the Opt-out Language (Reply Stop to…)

When creating your templates you may have noticed the opt-out language “Reply STOP to unsubscribe.” embedded into your messages.
Currently, it’s mandatory to update the templates to comply with the current opt-out language policies and best practices.
If you really need to have the opt-out language removed from your marketing campaigns, we can disable it from the account by adding an add-on to your subscription. This add-on costs $129 a month.
In order to remove the opt-out language, please contact our Support team in chat and confirm you want us to add this add-on.
Please note that the system will charge a prorated amount in your next payment for the use of the opt-out language removal add-on during the days remaining in this billing cycle.
