Yes. Your numbers transfer with you.
You submit your registration details on Smarter Contact, but your existing campaign approvals transfer between provider accounts rather than going back through full review. Most customers are approved the same day.
Message and campaign history does not transfer. Export anything you need from Launch Control before you migrate. Your account stays accessible until you move.
You move to the standard rate for your plan. For Lite and Core customers that is $799 per month for Elite Plus 20k. Your renewal date and the exact amount are shown before you confirm at checkout.
It keeps running. Your campaigns, contacts, and numbers stay live and your Launch Control support team is still there until you migrate.
The Launch Control affiliate program is closing. We are launching a user referral program that gives account credits to both the person referring and the person referred. Details are coming shortly, and your customer success contact can walk you through it.
About a week end to end for most accounts, most of which is registration approval and your own setup time.
